It only cost me $450-as my attorney-as a favor -took care of this & reduced fees. I filed a complaint with State Farm Corporate-who only had Jordan Hedges contact me. Rather than apologize for his incompetence-and reimburse me for the $450-he responded "I'm not paying you a penny! I see why the staff left when he took over agency from his Daddy.

The agent I was sent to see was Alex Moody, approachable/personable guy, very friendly, made me feel like I knew him for a long time. Alex really knows his craft because he got me a wonderful deal on new car insurance and saved me thousands on homeowners insurance which is amazing during this particular time in the economy. Better coverage I might add! Shane Griffis stepped out and introduced himself as well, really nice man too. For me, I like to do business with people that I like on a personal level. Everyone in the office is friendly and inviting, and Orzo the dog is an added bonus!
