I am so completely done banking with such a petty company. I have banked with them for about eight years now and I don't know if they've had a switch in management or what but in the last year the one in Bardstown Kentucky has gone completely downhill. They have been rejecting checks left and right the last one was a check made out to me and my wife for an insurance claim and they would not cash it because they did not see my wife sign it! Even though her signature was clearly on the back. I called corporate and they said they can do it at their discretion. With that said me and my wife know everybody at the branch therefore it was maliciously rejected due to a prior instances where they did not clear the check three weeks ago and I made them all look like dummies when I called corporate then. read more

I went in to the Bardstown branch to pay a loan off and was told by a young man that he would have go check and see if they would allow me to do so ! I was shocked and confused ... Since when does it have to be approved to pay a loan off !!! I then sat down with Jessica only to be treated like a second class citizen. She was cold , rude and very short with any questions I had when she learned I would be moving to another bank. I work with the public in my profession and I treat them with respect and dignity as I would like to be treated . I will never return to this bank nor would I recommend anyone to this bank read more
