I went into Chase asked them if I can cash a check issued by their bank without an account and they said yes. I stood in line and the teller called me at and I asked her if I could cash a check that was issued by Chase and she said yes of course I handed her the check and she said OK due to the amount. I'm gonna need a second form id I handed her another second form ID. And then she proceeded to tell me that she could not help me because of the amount. I explained my bank is receiving a flag which is requiring a longer hold and if they could at least convert to cashiers check to make it easier. She suggested I return it to my employer and ask them to write me multiple checks in smaller amounts. Who in the world would do such a thing? I did all my research online and confirmed they could cash the check because they were the financial institution who issued it. I asked two different bank reps and they said yes. To be told no was a true poor lack of service. It makes no sense. Would not recommend!

However, I came today to make some changes on my account but I didn't see anyone at front desk. I know that I have to work with a banker not a teller since they only take care of transaction like withdrawing or depositing. No one approached me to ask what services I need so I just wait at the lounge. Later on, since no one came to ask, I had to go to talk to a teller and they told me I need to work with a banker and because I didn't have any appointments, I had to wait for 30 mins. Pretty upset because of today's visit as no one approached me to help.

My insurance was through Schmoekel Insurance Agency for the last few years. I had a couple of…read moreissues throughout the time that I had my insurance through them. Most of the time I dealt with LuAnne. She would often call & email and let me know that my insurance payment was coming due. Recently I changed cars and my rate increased from over $700 to $1300 for 6 months when I changed cars. I changed my payments from quarterly to Bi- monthly and missed the deadline to pay my premium. This time I didn't hear from LuAnne until after the policy was cancelled. She contacted me letting me know that she could re-write the policy. I wasn't upset because even though she normally notified me that the payment was coming due, it was a courtesy on her part and it was my fault for missing the deadline. Well when she re-wrote the policy, it came back as $1800 for 6 months. I told her to hold off until I had a better opportunity to pray over that quote & figure things out. Since I had been with her, reluctantly, I decided to move forward. She sent me a docusign that was supposed to have the quoted amount but it was more than she had quoted me, so I called back to get some clarification. When I called, Becky (Im assuming her assistant) stated that she was on another call. I asked for her voicemail and she told me she wasn't able to do that. I asked if she could call me back and Becky asked for my number. I told her we had just spoken earlier that day and she already had my number. Becky got an attitude and told me that she needed to do her job and get my number. I told her never mind as this was all too much. First they are price gouging and misquoting prices and now this lady with no abilities to transfer a call to voicemail has an attitude. I had had enough, so I ended the call. There are too many insurance agencies to go to to be treated this way. Less than 10 minutes later, LuAnne called me back, which is crazy because I didn't give it to Becky. Her response to the amount in question was, "Oh, I must've made a mistake" but basically, the price is the price. At that point I decided to go insurance shopping and ended up with a policy of $1400 with Allstate. Now I have a bill from them saying that I still owe them $$. I am going to deal directly with Mercury as I don't trust anything they say. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. The only one that is professional is Roberta and I hope that she finds a better place to land as this place is not it!

The young lady that works the front desk is very sweet. The staff is very professional and the Manager is Excellent. The manager is the one who does our taxes and words cannot explain how much I appreciate and thank her for the great job she does every year. She has a outstanding team that works closely with her. We have never had any issues! Its pretty easy to get an appointment when you call at the beginning of the year, but after March I think that it gets a lot harder to get in. This office gets extremely busy, and the wait can take a minute if you don't have an appointment, because they do take walk ins here too. Now my only concern that I do have with this place is sometimes you can't get thru on the phone. So you will have to keep calling until you get thru. And thats not all the time, but I just want people to know that it does happen. But the big picture is they take care of business and you don't get attitude with it. And you don't get in trouble with the IRS!

Instead, they forced me to load $55 of my loan onto a fee-bearing Green Dot prepaid card as a condition of approval.Under California law (CDDTL), payday lenders cannot force you to buy secondary products or trap you in extra usage fees. Forcing customers onto prepaid cards is a sneaky way to bypass the state's maximum fee limits. I refused to sign and walked out. I am reporting this location to the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). Go elsewhere to avoid hidden fees.
