The massage and such is always nice, but my gel "black" was gray and polish was all over my cuticles and fingers. My mother went yesterday and her maroon nails look like a dulled gray red, and polish again covering her cuticles and fingers. The woman who did my nails made an asian "joke" making fun of salons with asian owners and they way they talk. Like I said, the massage is great, but that's about it. Not worth $130 for a dull mani and pedi. She asked them not to cut her nails, and they did anyway.

When I called to make an appointment I said I wanted a regular gel mani and gel pedi thinking that I've wouldn't be more then 60 buck like every other salon I've been to, I was not informed or warned about the unnaturally high price. I found out after everything was done that it was around 98 dollars! They are stealing from their customers. I've never in my life of getting my nails done in 2 of the most expensive cities (Miami and Los Angeles) have I ever been charged that much for a mani pedi. And for almost 100 dollars I expected way more than I got. I should have been created with champagne or something. They don't have a large selection of colors and the lady didn't file my nails evenly. This was a very important appointment since I was getting all of this done for my sisters wedding. I got my nails done Monday night and they already looked terrible Thursday. Most of one nail had already come off before the rehearsal dinner which was Friday. Also, the same night after getting them done, I noticed at home that she had done nothing with the cuticles on my pinky toes. All of this is absolutely unacceptable for a 90 dollar mani pedi. This place only gets 2 stars because the people were nice. However, please do yourself a favor and don't come here to get your nails done. In my opinion nothing is worth paying that much for a gel mani and regular pedi, and it definitely should be better quality work if you come anyways.

Although the service was very polite and nice it took over THREE HOURS to get it all done. After the first two hours I started getting ancy looking at the clock every ten minutes. My boyfriend came with. Got so tired he slept in the car. Woke up after a nap to realize I'm still not finished. I'm giving two stars because 1 they were very nice/they spoke English and 2 they didn't just rip off my nails like others places have. The product was minimum, and the price was stiff. Most of the haircut she talked to another stylist and her customer and just chopped away at my hair. She cut one side shorter than the other. When I asked about it , she just sniffed and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. It was a terrible cut and I had to go somewhere else to try to fix it. She seems more interested in herself than the customer. The salon is large and open and loud! I observed that it is not very clean either. Would not go back, just didn't get a good impression there.

This was my first time here. I walked in to get my 4th earlobes pierced, and as someone with 9…read morepiercings at the time (11 now)- I know how ears should be pierced. I don't remember her telling me her name. They didn't ask to see my id but they put my license number in the consent form. They handed me a bin of jewelry but I could tell it was low quality and it was all butterfly backs (piercings should be done with flat backs). I should have left there, but I decided to go through with it since they would have charged me for canceling. I sat down in a tiny room and she got me ready for the piercing. Then another piercer came in and was loudly talking to my piercer and it was amplified by the small room- not pleasant. She pierced one ear and it looked fine, she got to the other ear and I started gushing blood so she SCREAMED for her boyfriend to bring paper towels- That scared me and made me panic a bit. The finished piercings looked fine at first glance but when I looked at them from the side it was clear my ear was pierced on a diagonal. I wasn't told any aftercare but I assume that's because I already have many piercings. I don't know if I should take them out and loose $70 or if I should see if they heal. (I'm worried they won't since they were pierced incorrectly.) EDIT: They gave me the option to take them out and either get a refund or get them redone. They were super nice and understanding about the situation.
