Casey is absolutely amazing with Botox & laser hair removal. She takes her time to listen to what I want, makes me feel very comfortable and always follows up to make sure I received the results I was looking for which is awesome. Lauren is a amazing with lash extensions and I appreciate how she looks after the health of my lashes and communicates with me if I need to lessen the amount of lashes or take a break. Other lash artists in the past never did that and I felt my lashes were damaged because of it. Oh! And let's talk about Will! He is the massage therapist at Plush Med Spa and his hands are magic. I workout a lot and own my own business so my body is under a lot of stress. His massages are perfect for muscle recovery and also for relaxation. Wow I love love this place and I love love LVE, Casey as she is super awesome. However, I got Botox and juviderm done and my lips are bruised and blistered bruised, it was so bad, like bad bad bad and I have never experienced that EVER; black blue and purple; this isn't the first time I have had this type of treatment either. I've had the same treatments in the past; this would be the 5th time. So anyways I waited hoping things would settle down. Nope they got worse. The numbing cream left me with a chemical burn; they said it will leave a scar; pink skin and obvious to the eye. It's so ugly! I'm so upset; $900$ for wha, consequences! long term scars? After calling and they confirmed the chemical burN they just said well we will use a diff cream next time. No offer to refund get me meds nothing i wanna was so disappointed read more

Recently went to Plush to get an IPL treatment from JESSICA. I was very nervous to have this done as it was my first time. Jessica could not have been more warm & sweet. She is very professional & knowledgeable. Most importantly, you can tell she cares about her clients. I am so glad I had this done. My skin looks so much better. Camille was disappointing and unprofessional. She was late by 30 minutes on my very first appointment I had to even call my daughters preschool to have her stay late which I NEVER do . I went through with the appointment it was ok but rushed. I wanted to set a good tone and vibe with Camille so I bought 100$ product even tipped her 30$ and booked a second session. Guess what when my second session came SHE WAS LATE AGAIN!!!!!! After 25 min went by I told her this is ridiculous and walked out. Totally wasted my time thanks Camille!
