It's a great location near the corner of M-66 and M-31. Like many locations, they are in the strip…read moremall which means plenty of parking. People in Michigan come here for services like driver's license, vehicle plates/tabs, registering to vote, handicap placards and organ donor registering. I'm not exactly sure what they do at the DMV, but that's for another review. I spoke with Ashley who gave me all the direction I need for our family. She even recommended I go online to schedule my appointment, then showed me how. I realize that with nobody else in the place, she had time to explain everything. Even if she didn't, she was very pleasant, gave me all the paperwork I need and gave sound advice as to my best course of action. It's important this account is created and people know they can come here, especially in the summer when far more people spend the season here by the water. 01/24
