We contacted Master Plumber to schedule a quote for a possible leak inside a wall. They were able to come out on Tuesday the 30th. Two technicians arrived, located the leak, and said they needed to leave for another job in Glenrock but would send us a quote in about 20 minutes.
At the time, we had an active leak with standing water, so getting a price and timeline quickly was important. After waiting three hours with no response, we called the office. The woman who answered said she handles all quotes, that we were second on her list, and that she was putting out other fires. She told us she would get back to us in about 30 minutes.
That was three days ago and we never heard back. I am not going to chase someone to give them business. We hired another local company instead. read more
