After reading a few reviews, I decided to give them a try. Upon scheduling the appointment, the customer service agent sent me the name and photo of the plumber who would be coming out. That was a nice touch, it made me feel more at ease knowing who to look out for. The plumber, Taylor, was efficient and clearly explained each task he'd be performing.
