PLTS is just amazing! The workout is fantastic and the pricing is excellent.
I did their introductory package and then chose to sign up for additional classes.
You will feel your body during and after a PLTS class in the best way possible. The class is a very efficient 50 minutes. They tailor the workout to be full body, but with a special focus on the waistline.
The instructors describe the class as "difficult". I feel this depends on your fitness level and your goals. You will obviously see faster results if you commit to coming regularly. I do 4-5 classes per week, but at some point I was doing 1 class per day. I would not push yourself too much in terms of putting more springs/more reps: the important part is getting your form down.
The instructors are well trained. They know how to handle a group fitness class. They make sure to alert you of each change in the workout and monitor the room carefully to correct your form. You feel like you have individual attention, while at the price-point of a group setting. It's perfect.
They do not give much time to stretch between classes, so make sure to do that on your own after your workout.
The quality of the PLTS brand socks isn't great. I would recommend buying grip socks from another brand. The ones I got in the studio stretched out quickly.
Classes are taught in English. Dutch is sometimes mixed in (at least the classes I have been to). read more
