This place is LITERALLY OPEN 24/7 they were open on Christmas day and New years which is shitty af for the ppl who had to work but very convenient for ppl like me who just got off and needed to cash there check. Service is ok nothing quite memorable but I haven't had any bad experiences here they're usually not too busy but they're really fast and even if there's a tiny line as usual you'll be in and out of there within 10 minutes ! read more

This by far the worst PLS I've dealt with every other one i spoke with in the area treated us with friendly staff and respectfully. We came in on Saturday night tried to open a business account trying yo cash a business check the manager on that shift assisted us. Since it was the weekend it needed to be approved and we filled out the paperwork she pprovided. We waited till Tuesday since minday was a holiday no PLS near us could find us in the system. On Wednesday evening we got in contact with the location we went to. The woman who answered the phone named Sabrina was so rude had a bad attitude her tone was not polite and refused to try to pull us up ro see if we are in her system stated she is not allowed to do that? I was very confused why she didn't want to help I simple told her that no orher pls could find us in the systen and no one has reached out uo us. I asked her if I could speak to the manager because she would not help me she just put me on hold. Never said wait a moment the district manager by the name lashawn which I assume im misspelling her nsme since she refused to spell it for me was so unprofessional for a district manager. She was sble to verify thst we were in fact in her system but could not say wether out paoee was submitted in to be approved? She said the information is locked up and only the manager can have access to that file cabinet? I tried to tell her how urgent it 2as to cash this check since we wre waiting yo get our business account set up thru the bank had an urgent trip for work the next day. I advised her that when we submitted in the paperwork we were not told we had to also open up a personal account. We just wanted to know if we were going to be able to do business with them she got an attitude and raised her vouce at me. Became very defensive over the fact that we felt it was unprofessional for the manager not to set thst up or advise us of that the night we came in. She refused at first to provide her managers name and corporate number nut eventually provided me with a number. These managers and agent should be fired for the unprofessional and rude way of treating a potential client especially a business. I have been in customer service my entire work career and this was not how you treat people. I will be calling their corporate office and hoping they get a better district manager and employees in that location. They don't know how to be in customer service worst attitude and unprofessional it does not reflect good on the company they work for. The company need to be aware and hopefully will handle it accordingly. read more
