As I stood atop the mountain overlooking the town of Gernsbach, I could not help but sing, "The hills are alive with the sound of music!" The following Yelp review will thus be appropriately written in play form.
Act I
Drive the beautiful country roads of Rastatt until you reach the parking lot of the Hotel Schloss Eberstein at the mouth of the Black Forest. Park your car and apply sunscreen as needed.
Act II
Go on an epic hike through the Black Forest. Take in the Neature Walk with your eyes and document the special occasion with camera if you'd like. If a person in your group is not a hiker, take the shorter loop through the forest that passes by an old treasure cave.
Act III
Conclude your hike by standing atop the stone wall near the Hotel Schloss Eberstein and sing "Edelweiss" at the top of your lungs. Now that you have worked up an appetite, head over to Schloss-Schänke, the restaurant at the hotel.
Act IV
Take a seat on the mountaintop patio overlooking Gernsbach. Your breath will be taken away by the most beautiful restaurant setting of your life: breathe deeply and more regularly than normal.
Act V
Order a local German bier like the König Pilsener to re-hydrate your palate. You deserve a hearty meal after your hike so go with a seasonal entree like the Rinderroulade auf Kartoffelstampf. It is similar to pot roast but in roll form. The sauce and seasoned meat is so savory that your taste-buds will be blown back and you'll want three more servings.
Finale
Pay your wonderful waitress for the best lunch of your life with the correct amount of Euro bills/coins. Take in a slow, detailed view of the winery and Black Forest one more time and keep this in your memory bank for the rest of your life.
