Plumber did excellent work, company is highly responsive. Plumber was fluent in English. Probably a bit more expensive for us than closer-in firms (we live on the Plateau) since their workers have to drive from their location on Blvd. Henri-Bourassa near A-19 (time is money) but I could not recommend them more highly.

Selon notre expérience comme propriétaires depuis plus de 30 ans, les coûts nous ont semblé élevés pour ce type de travail. Par contre le après-service on prit note de nos préoccupations et offert un crédit. Appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., but the plumber arrived around 1:20 p.m., despite us being on site from 8:45 a.m. to avoid any delay. We were billed for 3.5 hours to replace two toilets, plus travel fees. Based on our experience as property owners for over 30 years, the charges seemed high for this type of work. However they listened to our concerns and offered a credit.

At 345 pm I called and left several messages asking him to call . He did not. I found another company, Voltcom, that did excellent work. As for M Girard, I would doubt his competence as an electrician, especially as he was incapable of keeping an appointment and disrespectful of my time. I had to go to a hotel until Voltcom was free, and I would NOT recommend MGirard to anyone.
