This is a tale of two orders. The first time I ordered from PLNT Burger I got a Cheeseburger, Fries, Bloomies, and Chocolate chip cookie. The Beyond Meat burger was delicious as was all the side items. No meat, no problem. My second order was an exercise in pain. I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. The gluten free bun was as hard as a hockey puck. So hard you might break a tooth. I had to just throw away the bun. The faux chicken is made out of mushrooms. It basically tasted like rubberized mushrooms. I couldn't even chew it. The sides were all really good. I will definitely order from PLNT Burger again. Just stick to the burgers. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a Chik n Funguy sandwich wrapped in swiss chard and this is what I recieved for $8. Alot of lettuce and 2 or 3 soggy fried pieces of mushroom in which I asked for the sauce on the side to avoid that, and the cheese slice was in little pieces. Every time I order my food delivery it always get it cold and on this last order I placed today at the Columbia location I order extra sauce and paid for it and never got it! The delivery company was door dash and they are horrible! I was planning to order my lunch from them more often because I'm a vegan but now that I had 3 bad experiences I don't plan to order from here again. I had high hopes. Maybe it was an off day. My food was just okay. My food was not hot. I ordered the Buffalo chk'n sandwich combo. The sandwich was not warm and my fries were hard an cold. A little disappointed as I paid $15 bucks. I Still had to go somewhere else to get food and spend more money‍. Update: I spoke with PLNT Burger via Instagram. I received a credit and will definitely try the Columbia location again. I am just going to go for the burger this time. Update: Tried the Chik'n sandwich again today. Delicious! As a matter of fact, he told me that I should have gotten two and to get two burgers when I go to Whole Foods. PLNT Burger is a great place to go to if you want to satisfy your taste buds with a delicious plant based burger. PLNT Burger has a variety of beyond beef offerings. So far I have tried the original burger and the mushroom bacn burger. Each one is as delectable as the meat based equivalent. They are closely comparable to shake shack burgers. My personal favorite is the Chick'n fungy sandwich. The breading on this sandwich is very flavorsome and the taste rivals chick filet. The oysters mushrooms on this sandwich create a nice texture close to chicken. In addition to the sandwiches, the sides are amazing. The herb fries or the bloomy onion can be enjoyed as mouthwatering compliment to your sandwich or as a stand alone meal or snack. These sides are so good that I have a hard time deciding on which side I want, so I often get both. Yum! Since this place is new, they still have a few kinks to work out with their customer service but overall it's a good experience. I do wish this place was not in Whole Food and had business hours similar to its other locations. read more

Consistently disappointing service in Columbia, MD. Burgers are solid, herb fries are bland and usually stale tasting, sweet potato fries are good. There's always a promotional item available that is good and the app rewards are great. The reason for my 2 stars is because of the rude, non-joyful, and "short" customer service. It trickles down from the managers to the cashiers and cooks. Vegan people want a fun experience when they eat or visit new vegan restaurants... you will be disappointed with this experience if you're vegan and looking for a restaurant where the employees care about the product. Special requests = ignored. If you're not picking up your mobile app order yourself, forget placing the order entirely unless you like wasting money on food not received. If this had happened just once, I'd say "fluke", but lately it has become a great pattern, and there is no remedy from PLNT. UPDATE: Communication happened - it took a few days, but they did offer a refund on that last order - I'm hoping it won't be a full refund, but just the items that I highlighted as missing. I believe strong communication has happened between the various levels of PLNT and that more care will be in place in the future, at least that's my impression after talking with them. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Employees ignored me as I waited to pick up my mobile order. When I asked an employee, they looked at a couple of bags and went on with what they were doing. Several more minutes pass and the employee asks my name again. He proceeds to pull a bag that had been sitting under the heat lamp the entire time I'd been waiting to pickup (almost 20 mins). Never an apology or even a word, for that matter.
