Actually my Dr was Dr. Cindy Pachal and was a patient of hers I believe from the time she started practising there until she retired a while back. She was fabulous and I absolutely adored her. My visits were always short - just a B12 shot monthly but Plessis Medical Centre always seemed to be very well run, nice, quiet, clean and very polite staff. My only complaint is that since Dr. Pachal retired I was not able to continue with this clinic - something about all the Doctors were unable to accept any more patients. I then moved to a clinic on Regent Ave. and it has turned out to be the worst time of my life. I only go there for B12 shots monthly, and have therefore only gone twice. Last night I get a knock at my door and there is a person with a Registered letter that I had to sign for - so I did. When I opened it it was a notice from a Dr. I have seen only twice at the former location of the Medical Centre mentioned above - on Regent. Here this Dr. who has only seen me twice to give me a B12 shot has made the ultimate decision that I have my drivers license completely removed permanently. In all my years driving I have never had a speeding ticket, a traffic accident or anything else. How dare she do this to me and I really have no idea what to do about this as I desperately need my car - not in really close distance to get groceries never mind walk there and back, I have my darling dog who is elderly and not as healthy of course as he was that I have to take to regular vet appts and on and on and on. This to me is devastating and I am not going to take this sitting down. I can honestly say that I have never really had a conversation with this Dr was hello and goodbye and I honestly wouldn't know her if I saw her anyplace else but in that office. I am devastated about this and how anybody can have such 'power' over another person that they really don't know. I'm not one to make small talk with someone I really don't know and especially a Dr. as I know there are usually people waiting to get in for their appointments. What a bloody nightmare - wish I had been able to remain at Plessis Medical as for all of my years with my wonderful Dr. Pachal there was never ever one incident where I was treated so rudely. And especially without any reason. So really this is NOT a review of Plessis Medical Centre which i wish I could have remained at but how my life has taken such a turn after only 2 very short visits for B12 shots with some Dr. who has done this to me with no reason whatsoever. read more
