But as i was gettin my nails done the first time as the lady was doing my nails as she got to the powder part of my nails my nail looked like it was grass but she took it off and fixed it. At first i didnt like how it was shaped but i excepted it and too be honest it was not that bad. 2 days later another nail popped off My nails should've held up for about 2 weeks max. The first time i got it done the lady was rushing and i feel like thats why the work wasn't at its best. But the guys is very sweet and i would recommend this place and the guy that fix it. When the lights came on the face bronzer didn't light up. I actually climbed out and told the girl the face bronzer lights didn't come on. She said "oh I don't know, they will..." and left. The lights never came on. I asked her for a refund. She rolled her eyes and said "We don't do that". I asked for a complimentary tan session. "We don't do that". I asked her who the owner is. "We don't give out that information". Now I know why. She told me to leave my phone number and the owner would call me back. I told Lauren if I didn't get a refund I would write a "scathing" review". THEN, about 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the owner, Lauren's mother. She was screaming that she was going to call the police on me because, she claimed, I put my hands on her daughter. I did not. These people are off the wall crazy. Then I find out they were charging my friend's credit card without his permission. Not only is this place un-ethical, machines are broken and they won't, obviously fix them, and they are trying to deflect their ethical responsibilities onto me by threatening to lie to the police.

I left salon believing it did until I arrived home and saw the brassy color. I went back to the salon the next opening day and Eddie agreeded he saw what I saw. i was told easy fix and he would call me he had a client. I called several times in the past month getting the same answer. It's now been over a month, without any call from AN OWNER no less! Apparently he had no intention of doing the right thing. Its amazing that this would happen in a supposedly five star rating salon I wasn't going to post but i figured I might help some other person that doesn't want to throw money away. A month is long enough to do the right thing. I guess he can make you feel hes confident on the sell but lacks in performance and morals. All show! $200 DOWN THE DRAIN.
