I left salon believing it did until I arrived home and saw the brassy color. I went back to the salon the next opening day and Eddie agreeded he saw what I saw. i was told easy fix and he would call me he had a client. I called several times in the past month getting the same answer. It's now been over a month, without any call from AN OWNER no less! Apparently he had no intention of doing the right thing. Its amazing that this would happen in a supposedly five star rating salon I wasn't going to post but i figured I might help some other person that doesn't want to throw money away. A month is long enough to do the right thing. I guess he can make you feel hes confident on the sell but lacks in performance and morals. All show! $200 DOWN THE DRAIN.

She's also very entertaining, so you'll leave sporting a fabulous nails AND a smile! Chris should be known as the "muscle whisperer!" I've had massages at many of the best spas in DC and around the world - who would've thought I'd find one of the best in Hot Springs! The first time I saw Chris was for a massage while in town visiting family at Thanksgiving; after the first few minutes of working on my shoulders, he asked if my hands went numb while I slept - something my internist had told me was "probably just the way I was laying." Thanks to Chris, I went to the Orthopaedist when I got home and discovered that my muscles were so constricted across my upper back that I needed physical therapy. The Orthopaedist also told me that massage was helpful, so when I came to town for Christmas, I saw Chris twice more for 90 minutes each. I'm headed back to DC with a whole lot fewer knots. Now I just have to find a "Chris" up there!

Erica is a good stylist but I don't think the right one for some people…read more She likes layers. A lot. And blending with thinning shears. She is good at layers if you like that. However, no matter how many times I asked her to give me a blunt cut, there was always some level of layering that was unnecessary. And for 6 months I kept telling her I wanted a shorter bob. Even bringing in pictures of myself with the same haircut. She would always keep it 5-6 inches longer than I asked. So that was extremely frustrating. I even went back once after a cut to have her do the blunt cut and several inches shorter that I originally asked for. She still put layers and kept it longer. And the blending shears wreck complete havoc on my hair. It takes months to recover from the split ends. I think if you are into the current hair trends, layers, wolf cuts, Erica is absolutely who you should go to. If you have a style that you know works for your hair, especially if it's a plain old boring blunt cut...this may not be the place for you.
