Dellagio Town Center - The centerpiece of the plaza, their famous fountain. Great when eating outdoors, or waiting for your seat.

Some of my favorite restaurants include Normans, Dragonfly, Big Fin, and Flemings. While most of these restaurants are expensive, they do have good magical dining deals in September. Self parking is quite plentiful, and there is even a garage for shade. If you eat at some of the fancier restaurants, you can even get free valet parking. What I really love though is the big courtyard fountain, which is roaring water with various sprouts. It's loud and elegant, making it great to watch and enjoy while waiting for your table, or being seated outdoors. There are also smaller fountains in the front, which is enjoyable when seating outdoors. It is one of my favorite plazas in the Dr Phillips area. Overall: A

Marketplace at Phillips - The wonderful clock tower and fountain. It used to play music every hour, but I don't know if it still does.

The marketplace at Dr Phillips in Orlando is an enormous, high-end plaza for shopping, dining,…read moreentertainment, and more. The plaza is very clean and modern-looking. The abundance of well-kept greenery within colorful flower beds give parts of the area a warm, inviting, tropical vibe. In contrast, there are other areas in the plaza which feature eye-catching statues and other artistic touches outside of the establishments, offering an expensive, exclusive ambience. Regardless, the staff keep the plaza well taken care of and immaculate. Here, you'll find pretty much every type of establishment you can think of. The diverse directory features some of the following businesses: FURNITURE/HOUSEWARES *Home Goods *World of Decor *The Flooring Center *Light House COFFEE/DESSERT/SMOOTHIES *Starbucks *Gelato LaCarraia *Clean Juice *Einstein Bagels *Too Jay's *Crumbl GROCERY *Publix RESTAURANTS *KeKe's Breakfast *Christinis Ristorante Italiano *The H Orlando *Bocas Grill Orlando *Morton's Steakhouse *Freshii *Lisbon Portuguese Cuisine *Bartaco CLOTHING/BOUTIQUES *Zou Zou Boutique SALONS/SPAS/WELLNESS *Salon Karli *Lavish Nails and Spa *Orlando Aesthetics And this is just to name a few! I do wish directions were easier - both driving and on foot. As far as I could tell, there was not much in terms of a map or guide. Most of the stores and restaurants here are pricey, but not all of them. It is definitely worth checking out, but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to explore. It can definitely take an entire day to shop the entire plaza!

I grew up going here at least once a year, when I travelled for sports competitions & ALWAYS made sure to stop by for their Nike + Lululemon outlet stores. They have way better discounts here, compared to the outlets near me... still to this day. Lots of parking available and somewhat easy to navigate.

My wife and I thought it would be a great idea to stop here to see what we could find! There were lots of stores to stop in and see if something interesting was worth buying!. Or maybe just browse through some of the merchandise that was available! From what I saw the prices were reasonable, lots of sales and discounts off their products too! Some of the stores had lines because so many people were out there, employees standing at the entrance and letting people come in as people left to avoid overcrowding! There are so many different stores with some of the popular name brand items. They have Starbucks out there if you want a pick me up while you shop, they even have alcoholic drink bars if you want to sit down and have some drinks! There are also independent vendors out there looking for your business as well. You can't go wrong with either option, pick one or choose both! I would definitely recommend this outlet!.

While I haven't been to the stores, I have eaten at many of their restaurants. Some of the great restaurants include The Whiskey, which had some nice hamburgers and whiskey related drinks with occasional live rich and roll music, Thai Thani, which has nice Thai food, and Ruth Chris, a great high end steakhouse. However, my favorite restaurant has to be Mosonori, which just opened recently. From the same owners who does Kabooki Sushi, they make awesome hand rolls with their fresh fish at reasonable prices. While the restaurant is small, it's just amazing! For shipping, I really need to try Wild Forks one day. There are various fountains throughout the place, with many viewable in restaurants with outdoor seating. The centerpiece is the one in the center when you enter the strip. It's grand and gorgeous! Parking can be difficult during the nights and weekends, when it gets crowded. It's best to valet if your restaurant offers it during that time. I am glad this shopping strip is not to far from my parenting house. It's very close to Dr Phillips, has plenty of restaurants, and is gorgeous with their fountains. It's a great strip to try the various restaurants and stores in the Dr Phillips area. Overall: A

For food, I had the fajitas and they were good and definitely enough for two people. Everything came out pretty quickly, too. The atmosphere here is really cool. There's a hanging car right in the middle of the first floor that definitely catches your attention and adds to the whole vibe. Like better than outlet store prices! I am always blown away. The location of this outdoor shopping center is SUPER close to the outlet. We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.
