But I came here to La Gran Plaza for a walk about and lunch since I was at a conference down the street and the sushi restaurant is not too shabby. The mall is brightly lit and clean, so if you're down to walk around and window shop, La Gran Plaza is worth a visit.

I always get hungry shopping and the fast food they serve in ANDARES blows. Plaza del Sol has been around for decades and it has a 80's retro feel around the edges. Those edges are a little rough in places, but they have done a great job modernizing along the way. The new parking structure is a great example. I scored some deals here during the 'Buen Fin' and like the style that is different from the Men's shops in the USA. Watch out after dark, those not-so-young ladies across the street have a wicked reputation and most of them have an adams apple. That is, unless you are into that sort of thing.
