Nishi at Schaffhauserstrasse 120, 8057 Zürich, Switzerland We asked them about rice. They recommended Sushi rice for us. Although we told them about the previous brand we used. We are not japanese and do not do sushi. When we found out that the rice is not for normal cooking rice. We asked them, what a mess that was, every response to us was a lie after another lie. They won't take the unopened packages back. They gave us an appointment to meet the owner before the store is open. They are the WORST japanese people we ever dealt with. We sent them a photo of the rice and receipt of their shop. They made another excuse that was not sushi. Only when we read the package it says it is sushi rice. Business should NEVER betray their customers. This review is about the truth of this Nishi to be avoided. We later discovered there are many other good Japanese stores like YuminHana, Schützengasse 4, 8001 Zürich, they have excellent customer service. And Shinwazen japanische Produkte & Sake and New Asia Market at Feldstrasse 24, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland. That is apart from Jelmoli, Coop, and Globes all carry good quality Japanese and Asian products. Important they all have excellent before/after sales attitude. Good business is not about Deceiving customers but about creating Trust, before safe and after sale. Avoid at all costs, not worth it. $$$$$$
