Upon entering, there is a stench from the bathrooms near the host stand. Not a great start. Service was very average. The kitchen added an extra ingredient that wasn't listed on the menu for the dish I ordered. When I inquired about it with my server he opted to tell me that this is how the dish is normally made despite 1) the ingredient not being listed on the menu 2) the fact that I've had this exact dish at the DTPHX location without the extra ingredient. I felt there was a missed opportunity by this server to care or try to take accountability. There is an unusually high upcharge (in my opinion) if you want to do truffle fries instead of regular fries with your entree. To be honest, I'd skip the extra $5 charge and just go with the regular fries, both are good but $5 is steep for some last min truffle oil, parm & parsley.. May give this location another try, perhaps for takeout next time.

While our server was taking our order for the rest of the food (there was apparently an issue with the table next to ours and their food being taken to the incorrect table, again with poor training) the manager went out to the table next to ours to deliver food and turned to the server at my table, taking my order, and interrupted me to yell at her. He yelled at her about putting the incorrect table on the tickets and the food going to the wrong table, yelled at her the right table numbers( I guess for her to remember next time?), and then stormed off. They do bring tartar sauce with the fish and it was pretty good. The prices are reasonable. I drank ice tea and my husband drank two Bud lights and a tall draft. Our ticket came to $28.00. The employees are hit or miss. Some are not very friendly or helpful and some are. Colton needs to be recognized because once he took over helping us with the attractions our experience went from 3 to 5 stars. He explained everything thoroughly to us, helped me choose which would be best for having motion sickness, and overall just made our experience very enjoyable by paying attention to small details. It seems they were operating on a skeleton crew this day. We sat and tried to order food and there was only one server for everyone. Needless to say, it took quite a while to be able to even place an order. The go-kart experience runs like a well oiled machine and was probably the smoothest experience we had out of everything there.
