Loved being able to customize the layout, logo and backdrop. Photos were pretty good quality and we'll get the digital download files as well. The 3 stars is for the actual planning of the event. I had heard about Flow from a friend who used them for a gala and had nothing but nice things to say about the ease of planning - we had a different experience. We started planning for this event back in late September - plenty of time to iron out details. However, we were constantly fighting for responses and confirmations that we were able to book this for our event. We were told at one point, after receiving no response for days after multiple follow ups, that the owner SAW our emails but just didn't reply. She did own that this experience could've been smoother, so I'll give her that. However, we were also told later down the line, when still receiving spotty responses, that they were prioritizing their wedding clients over us. As paying customers, this was not satisfying to hear. Their invoicing system is also spotty and unreliable - we had to check in multiple times that our payments went through since we kept getting invoice reminders. Then we had to manually give them some of our payment information over email - which was not very reassuring. To top it off, my friend that referred me was using them for an event the week after ours and told me that they were perfectly responsive to her and super on top of things (they included photography and videography on top of the Photo Booth) which made us feel worse about our experience. Not sure if I'd use Flow again after this experience, but I'd potentially give them another chance.

I was wearing a pig nose and Hunter S. Thompson style hat at one point... #SWAG. Very good quality camera where you take them yourself with a photo clicker and can see the picture right away. The booth attendant (what would you call her?), Melissa, was awesome! Super friendly, even took a few pictures with us, and the pictures were all uploaded by the next morning. I don't know their prices or anything, but Snap Yourself would be great for any type of charity event. It's a nice little souvenir and also a great way to promote a brand (I made a picture my Facebook profile picture...) as they put the logo in the corner.

They let you take as many pictures as you want, but beware, most (if not ALL) get put up on Facebook (You know, even those ones that you think are completely embarrassing!) . They were at an event on Friday and up by Monday (Possibly could have been Sunday, but I didn't look) Once you like them, you can tag all the pictures your heart desires! They had fun props, they made it black and white for a 1960's, Bardot-era Paris themed night I went to. They did take colored photos of our night and totally said they will email the colored ones out if necessary! Good fun, especially when your asked to be in strangers pictures, the more the merrier, right?!

We wanted this event to be a fantastic celebration, truly special, and a fun and memorable experience. Fun Services helped 100% make this happen. I don't know how my coworker found this place, but I'm so glad she did! They worked with our budget, they delivered AND picked up all 8 of our rental games (and some of them were quite large), they set everything up for us (such as the inflatable money grab machine and the electronic basketball hoop game), and also supplied a wide variety of prizes for the games! Before we decided which games we wanted to rent, my coworker and I asked if we could come to their warehouse and see what games they had available. The staff at Fun Services were fantastic - they gave us a tour of the warehouse, answered all of our questions (we had TONS), gave suggestions, and were very honest with us about the practicality of certain games (some were huge and would require more space than we had). They have a massive, MASSIVE selection...we definitely had a hard time picking just 8 or so games to rent. The quality of the rental games were great. The money machine was better than we could have hoped. It came with the inflator, was large enough to fit probably two middle school kids (don't recommend it though), and even had a built-in buzzer. They also have some more classic games, like ball toss, milk bottle toss, ring toss, football toss, lobster launch (personal favorite), and skeeball. Again, they worked with us, they accommodated our needs, they were incredibly patient with us...I can't think of any other business in the Twin Cities I'd want to rent carnival games from.

We were hosting an event for kids and I saw them online and went through their website which was very user friendly. I filled out the online questionnaire, and they promptly emailed me back. From there I sent out my budget, and list of items I was interested in, to which they quickly replied, and even called me on the phone to further explain some things I was unsure about. After I selected the items I was interested in, they sent me an agreement form, and we were good to go! So easy! I dealt with Karen throughout all of this, and her patience and kindness was so helpful and appreciated! The day we picked up the items they showed me all of the items, and even showed me how to set up some of the larger items! They also included detailed instructions on set-up and take-down, with YouTube video links to check out if we needed extra guidance (which we didn't because the instructions were so easy to follow)! Day of the event everything went so easy. Because they had already showed me how to set things up, it was a piece of cake to get everything assembled! We got so many compliments on the games we chose, and everyone was impressed with how fun and easy they were to use! Taking down all of the items was quick and easy. Upon returning the games when I pulled up to the door, they unloaded everything and were so courteous and kind. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this company to anyone looking to host am event and rent carnival games (which is what we rented), bouncy castles, and so much more!
