WAY different vibe than different similar branded stores, in a good way! Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable, and even though they didn't have what I was looking for this trip I will totally be back next time I have something in mind. They had popular brands like Yeti, Vuori, North Face, etc. and when I visited they had clothing items 25% off so I would call before going to ask if a specific item you are looking for may be on sale!

Order was cancelled the next day with no explanation. I called and a lady said that my billing address was wrong, so I made corrections and got the order going again. Order was cancelled again. I called my bank and they told me that Public Lands were cancelling it on their end, so I call the company again. A guy answer giving me the same reasons and I countered it with what the bank told me. He told me that if didn't matter because the addresses didn't match and I told him that I gave him the right one last time. I told him that I have a different card and was ready to give it, then he told me that I was breaking up and hung up on me. I called back one last time and told them that I'll do my business elsewhere and to take me off their mailing list. They shouldn't offer people a discount that they do not want me and honor!

My husband and I shopped here to browse men's outwear and treadmills. My husband commented that the prices of the outwear were too high. When we were looking at the treadmills, an employee nearby saw us but did not greet us. One of the treadmills did not have a price tag, so I asked her about it. She was not able to answer our questions well, so she said that she would find another employee to help. We did not feel impressed with her communication and job performance. The second employee could not find the key to turn on the treadmill, so he used a different key that thankfully worked. We asked him about the features of the treadmill, and I found the answers on the Dick's website on my cell phone before he could find the answers. At least he spoke politely with us. My husband and I decided to purchase that treadmill, which was name-brand and half-off for only $1,000 plus $175 for delivery and assembly in our home. The employee accurately rang up our purchase. He said that he could schedule delivery for weeks later, which was too long of a wait for us, so we instead waited for he delivery company to select a date, and that date was only days later.

Walked in and asked and got a snide attitude when I asked about buying a hunting license for my son, like they are above that. Another Company that got caught in the Woke culture. I Will never be back.. it may be good if you want to buy a $500 Yeti cooler or a $200 shirt for working out.. super lame, not an actual sporting goods store. Mainly work out equipment, it's like the JCPennies of weights and treadmills.

They made it very easy to for our employees to order shirts by designing a customized online store. Thanks to these efforts, our sale sold over 600 shirts! They separately boxed and delivered our shirts to the various locations across the country. Of course, we ran into a few hiccups along the way (employees ordered the wrong size or wanted to order additional shirts). However, Venezie helped us work through all of these issues. It felt like a true partnership instead of a business transaction. In addition, the customer service is unmatched. Sarah and Vanesa were professional, knowledgeable and accessible. I typically do not write Yelp reviews but this company surly deserves the recognition. We will undoubtedly be partnering with Venezie for future events. They are an excellent company who provides unrivaled service - I would recommend them to anyone.

Aside from the look of the lion and the letters on the back, the image is pretty terrible. I don't know if this was just a one off thing or if this is the quality that they always produce but the image is definitely subpar. The text is not clear or crisp and the entire image itself is gritty and bumpy. You can't even tell what it says if you're standing 4 feet away from it. It's also very thick/stiff and plastic feeling as well. It doesn't move freely with the shirt. It's not at all what I would expect for a $119 shirt order. All three of the hoodies that I purchased are like this. I'm kind of embarrassed that I spent $40 a piece on these. I hate writing bad reviews. It always makes me feel terrible. These were just not good quality or what I was expecting at all. :(

This range is an embarrassment to the Cranberry and Butler County…read morecommunities. They need to reinvest some of those ridiculous bucket prices back into the business. Like repaving all the hitting box areas, the Entrance to the building is hideous and can and most likely caused people to turn an ankle trying to walk up to the purchase area. You can hear people yelling, the siren, the players hitting the boards - just like a real golf course! All of the matted tees are set on a slope going uphill, many of them with dips in the middle of them, so when you stand on them, you sink into the mat. When you hit, the mats can slide around under your feet and you're always hitting with the ball above your feet. Unlike many ranges with mats going up a hill from left to right, they're not tiered/stepped - just on an incline. Of course, you can still hear the sirens from the hockey rink here as well. The balls are a mix of junk and less junk. There were a few decent balls in there, but for the most part, they're all shag balls. I paid $10 for 90 balls, which would have been fine if the environment were better. I would just go to Cranberry Highlands for a good range. They're pricier, but all of the mats are level and the grass areas are much, much nicer. The balls are in much better shape as well. You can ignore the dress code for the range as you're allowed to wear t-shirts and athletic shorts/pants.
