She proceeded to tell me about conversations and texts with me that I did not recall or remember. Long story ..... however turns out she had the wrong person, wrong last name, wrong phone number..... Never have I been treated this bad. Then she continued to insist it was me and offered to reschedule anyway. Myssi did not apologize for her error or her treatment of me. I informed her I did not need a massage that bad. I would NEVER recommend Myssi under any circumstance to anyone.

The day of, she and her coworker showed up right on time. They set up withing a few mins, and got things underway. Both therapists were attentive to individual needs, periodically checking in to ensure proper pressure, etc. My sister-in-law and I had Gabriella, and I can honestly say, this was one of the best massages either of us had ever gotten. We talked a bit about what I wanted and I knew I wanted a change and color but not much beyond that. She assured me I'd be in good hands with Hayley. Hayley was great. She brought out color swatches and talked through some different options. There's a cute waiting area in a quiet space in the back while your color sets as well. Perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee. They have heated towels for your neck/head during your shampoo as well. Hayley was so sweet and answered any questions I had without ever being sales person-y or pushy (when should I get my color touched up? Should I do more or less product with my hair having such a fine texture? Etc. ) I'm so happy with how it turned out. I wanted a rich brunette with fall highlights you could see but not Kelly Clarkson chunky. So happy and I've already booked my follow up.

I have been going to Melinda's off and on over the last few years. Have always been satisfied until…read morea few weeks ago. I've gotten pedicures there recently and decided to try their hair stylist. I was given a name Frankie and proceeded to schedule an appointment. Before the appointment, I showed her a photo of my desired style. She looked over it several times and guided me to shampoo station where she pushed my head and hair around way too harshly and without much care as to how it felt. When I said, "hey, slow down", she responded, "we're either a good fit, or not!" Hmm? The cut was exactly the opposite of what I had asked for, after asking to see the photo several times. Now, I will say that it was in no way the cut I requested but the worst part was after going there for a pedicure and mentioning my displeasure to my pedi person about the haircut and she agreed there was no similarity between the photo and my hair. No problem. It's not the first haircut that I got where I wasn't satisfied. And because of Frankie's (Trish?) attitude at the appointment, I didn't dare go back and complain. All that being said, I attempted to make another Pedi appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments for me. No explanation, nothing, just no appointment for me! So, hopefully, the owner,Melinda is reading this and will explain where their professionalism came from. Thanks for listening. I just received a response from Melinda on my post. None of what she said was in any way accurate. The desk person stated that all she knew was that she was not allowed to schedule me AND at the time I was getting the cut, there were a total of one other client and Liz in the entire salon when I was there and the only person who said anything negative was the stylist. I was too shocked to speak. I in no way complained about the cut to her, but it was mentioned to Liz who had referred me to the stylist, when I was there a week later.
