On April 30 Sunny called and said he could come on Monday May 4 to drop off the watch. So Monday May 4 he drives 40 mins to drop off the watch at the store. He was told no we are not accepting watches for repair? He said I was called last week you were? The sales lady said no, we had a staff meeting this morning and we now aren't? It sure would of been nice if somebody would of called to tell us not to come? Wasted a hour and a half drive and time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them for service on high end watches. Deal direct with Toronto who fixes the watches on there behalf. Customer service wasn't a great experience.

What has never been fun to deal with however has been the staff, and I believe the owner with whom I've had the misfortune of interacting on at least two occasions (he is especially rather off putting, generally unwilling to help and on occasion just outright rude). There are other better places nearby that I'd recommend over these guys: check out MEC, Wilderness Supply, Prairie Summit just to name a few. Get your customer service and kindness in order, folks.

All the proceeds go the maker which is really amazing. They have a map of Manitoba and come with a little star so you can place your town on the map. For 15-20 dollars they are a steal and will look super cute in my kitchen. The staff said you can email the maker for custom provinces. I think they would make a great gift for a great cause.

No more treacherous stairs to get to this place. I like how they have expanded their offerings in the new larger space (the old Vita Health). Service is always pretty friendly and laid back. They have more changing rooms and a ton of cute casual and party dresses from $80-$150. Lots of accessories like scarves, hats, earrings and necklaces that won't break the bank. It's a fun place to shop and a must stop for me when I am in the Village.
