She sewed some of my bridesmaids dresses that had issues, bandaged me when my dress was giving me problems, bustled my dress when no else knew how, and pretty much coordinated that whole day. We did a lot of research on photographers in the area, but just kept coming back to their website. Their photos have some kind of magic to them. They have great packages for any budget you are working with. They include an engagement shoot in all of their services, but we had already had ours done by the time we booked them. They put a lot of focus on getting to know their clients before the wedding day, so that they can cater to their individual personalities and style. This meant a lot to us. We live out of state, which made things a bit more difficult in the planning process, but they took the time to Skype with us, and even took us out to dinner while we were in town. They are a wonderful, fun couple who put you completely at ease. They are very professional, flexible, and had some wonderful suggestions and recommendations, which we really valued. These are the things made everything about working with them on our wedding day perfect. They showed up at the hotel right on time to take getting-ready shots, followed us over to the venue where Jess joined the girls and Tim met the boys to cover twice as much ground. Our first-look photos were perfect, and the whole rest of the evening went so smoothly. The fact that Tim and Jess were recommended to us was a miracle. Not only am I a HUGE fan of their beautiful photography, but it is they themselves that help create such a wonderful memory. From the beginning, they were willing to come up ahead of time and scout my venue to have a perfect idea of where to take photos. They asked questions and really got to know us. Then, they photographed our rehearsal dinner, which was more like a party, and were perfect. They are polite, respectful, and quietly moved about taking photos without ever interrupting. Then came our wedding day. My husband and I and several members of our bridal party weren't feeling well- hangover? haha. Both Tim and Jess were SOOO amazingly calm, kind, sympathetic and created such a calm presence that helped us feel better. I really can't say enough how wonderful they were to us! After the wedding, they were speedy to give us the proofs and mailed us a USB drive with all our photos and it was on a wooden zipdrive that Tim personally carved our initials into.
