I give this site 5 because of the absolutely fantastic office! Christine is the best at her job. no matter the reason for my going there she's always positive and more than helpful! the delivery guys are good as well. only have had 1 small hiccu but now know what to do. I am a "in person" type. I like speaking with the person that is directly working my fas needs not someone in another state. while there has been a lot of changes some undesirable to say the least, this office is doing a super job. Go in and see this gal!! she'll set you up for your needs! read more

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. My husband and I became new customers this past fall and we have only good things to say about them. Our church was considering changing to a different propane supplier and we recommended Plateau Propane. John Phillips, the service tech came out on a Saturday, his day off of work to inspect our two tanks and advice us on what we needed and on what to do. He was very knowledgeable, professional and gave us great advice. Christine, the office personnel had all the paperwork ready on the following Monday. What great service and team! read more
