I found it to be very efficient that they used a tele nurse through the computer to interview me of my medical history. I was able to schedule to get my injections done within a couple days. They were very accommodating with scheduling. The woman who did my injections was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The only thing I took a star off for was the initial call. I wanted to call the Newport News office to get more information but the only number listed was a 1-800 number. The woman on the line was very sales pitchy and immediately tried to sell me services.
