To all current and future clients of Joe Martinez and the Suncity Home loan Team:…read moreI want to express my gratitude to Joe and the entire team for their hard work and dedication in closing our purchase of our 1st home. From our initial contact with Mr. Alberto Tito Diaz, Emma, Becky, and Joe Martinez, each team member made the process understandable and comfortable in making this investment in not only our lives but our home. Joe made it known to us that he would get down to business and would offer and close quickly and let me just say that was true to the T. Joe was notified of a home we wanted to view and possibly buy and within an hour locked down a viewing time for the first date the following day. We viewed the home and told Joe "we want make it happen, let do it!" Joe said no worries I'll get it done. Within a few hours of placing our offer Joe contacted us let congratulate us on being the winning offer, we could not believe it as the market has been competitive during this time. Now I want to speak on Joe Martinez, after being denied on our 3rd home and potentially putting off our dreams for a home until a few months later, Joe called me and spoke to me for over an hour and discussed many options. Joe ensured that with our great credit and buying power there was no reason we should be getting denied with our offers and would see it through that the next home we dreamt of buying he would do what was necessary in making the home ours. Joe took the time to explain the many options all while taking our finances and our best interests in mind. The work ethic he displayed along with his team is unmatched and we look forward to working with Joe and the Sun City Home loan team for future purchases and will continue to push his name out to family and friends. Again, Thank you Joe and everyone at Sun City Home Loans.

After two and half weeks and half a dozen phone calls I still didn't have a quote. I told a young man on the phone I was going to have to delay the closing of my home or get a new insurance agent. He said "yeah, okay." I switched, saved money, and was done that afternoon with everything emailed to myself and bank. They STILL call asking to give me a quote and email as well. I repeatedly ask to be taken off of their call and mailing list. I'm only writing this review because they still insist on calling/writing me. I couldn't get them to call when I was begging to give them money and now I can't get them to quit.

I'm an online kind of guy, if I can get something from a website over in-person, I will almost always choose website, so naturally I went to Web companies for my insurance needs. However, I switched to State Farm in recent months through this agency, and I'm glad that I did. I originally was directed here when shopping for renter's insurance, online oddly enough, and I stopped by the office to sign the papers. While there, I was told I could save if I bundled with car insurance, but I thought I had a really good thing going with Esurance, so I didn't think they could get me a better deal. Surprisingly enough, they saved me about 30% while actually improving my level of coverage, I got an actual Discount Double Check!!! All in all, my monthly bill at State Farm for better car insurance and renter's insurance combined is $2 less than what I used to pay for car insurance alone. Great deal aside, when a dummy rear-ended me because she was probably texting, they helped take me through the claims process with her insurance company, who were incredibly difficult and cheap. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing if they can improve your insurance sitch (that's short for 'situation').

The employees/insurance agents are always kind and professional. I sometimes ask them if I can change the payment date and they allow it. They do it without any issues. I've dealt with different employees. The one who stands out the most for me is Jose. Jose is always in a good mood and ready to help and answer questions. I've only dealt with him over the phone. You can tell he likes his job (or pretends very well but I seriously doubt he's pretending). He's built a good rapport with me. He's very pleasant to deal with. Lonestar in general is very easy to deal with. Take my money, Lonestar! By the way, another insurance company recently asked me for my business. They are a few dollars less but that's alright. I want to stick with Lonestar because they're easy to deal with. It's kind of a hassle to change to another company when it comes to car insurance. A+++ experience! You won't be disappointed here!
