That was an understatement.) On the other hand, Nancy Carlson's offices are always respectful and personable and very, very nice. They have never tried to bilk me out of money. They run a professional business. They are never cruel to their clients, and that matters to me. A+++

I should have listened to all the bad reviews, but got a few recs for this office so I made an…read moreappointment anyway despite my initial reservations. Wish I hadn't! I had to reschedule a few days ahead of my appointment and was assured multiple times on the phone that this would be no problem (their stated policy is to charge a no-show fee for cancellations within 1 business day, so I checked really carefully to make sure this wouldn't count as within 1 business day, and they assured me it would not). A month later I received a $100 no-show fee bill. Called the office and they insisted that Maria Carracino (the doctor I was supposed to see) signed off on this so there's nothing anyone can do. So despite being ultra careful when rescheduling, and asking them to confirm that there would be no fee, I wound up with this charge. Super shady business practices, and I'm now out $100 despite never having actually seen a doctor there (which I obviously won't now because I don't want to risk more unexpected charges in the future). When I brought this up in a local parenting group, THREE other moms told me they had the same experience at this office. Steer clear! BTW - I called 3 separate times just triple-checking that the next appointment I had scheduled was canceled, so that they wouldn't charge me another no-show, and the first TWO times the receptionist I spoke with told me they hadn't yet canceled it despite me asking! I guess they just wanted to charge me again...

I had a male gyno who used to verbally abuse and shame me because of my weight and would use that as a focus point instead of doing his job. -85lbs later and moving to VT for college, i was matched with Dr. Montgomery at this practice. She is polite, progressive, and punctual. My top 3 P's. She suggested i move to IUD after struggling with pills for the past 5 years (my previous gyno told me i could never have an IUD) and it has changed my life! Definitely recommend this women only practice!

I missed the appointment and was charged $75 that I have been hounded for via text messages, emails and phone calls. I have paid. They are still hounding me. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. IT IS ALWAYS VOICE MAIL. My daughter in law tried to get an appointment and her 5 calls were never returned. she is a patient. this is a horrible experience.
