When we got our food, it was average in quality -- but that's what you get in a mall. What was disappointing was the service. The wait staff was all but non-existent except for when they brought the food. The checkout process also took 20 minutes. I think I will check out other places next time.

I then explained that medium well means "no" red meat and they insisted on doing it over for me even though I didn't have time to eat it anymore. They sent it home with me and when i cut it open it was still blood red inside. See photo. I paid for a burger I have to throw in the trash. Don't come here! They have no idea how to cook to temperature requested.

I was really excited to go and visit this spot in São Paulo! As a beer lover I've been following…read moreWoT on Instagram for a long time. However, my experience wasn't great at all. I'm giving them three stars because the beer itself was really good but the service was poor and so was the food. The waitress handed us the wrong menu and when we went to order she said we couldn't eat a majority of the food we ordered as it wasn't served on Mondays. We asked if we could get the correct menu. Upon reviewing the updated menu we ordered. A few minutes later she comes back to say that a majority of what we ordered wasn't available. So we had to order again. The place was empty as we arrived right when they opened. They forgot our beers and once the food arrived it was very stale and cold. It felt as if the food was old and heated up in a microwave. I unfortunately don't plan on returning because of this experience!!

The portion was huge. Enough to share. It doesn't come with any sides and so I ordered some rice to complement it Wish they had other hot sauce options different from Tabasco. I'll certainly come back to try a different meal from their large food menu. I also had one of their burgers and it was pretty tasty. There are a lot of restaurants and bars that close on Mondays and this is one of the few that stay open all week long. Great atmosphere. The end.
