I recently called Friday in a panic. My cruise I booked 8 months ago got cancelled because of Dorian. I was panicked and probably not easy to deal with. We were set up with an amazing place in Mexico. Things got worse. Sunday of Labor Day, I called Shari panicked, again, because my flights got cancelled to Mexico. We chose the mini version, but then (bait and switch!) were ineligible for any of their "prizes". We also tried to get back our paperwork, but they made copies anyway (so shady yall). Don't waste your time. They make their money off of pyramid schemes trying to recruit new "travel agents" and take advantage of vulnerable people. Absolutely never again. The company did try to make it better by sending us an olive garden gift card, so I should mention that... but I do not think their insufficient olive branch was enough balance out the whole of our terrible experience. I am certain they are just data farming to make money off unsuspecting people.
