A business is always interesting when the customer is the one who has to "greet" first. This was…read moreone of those few places on my first visit. But! That alone normally doesn't call for a bad review. Definitely not. Before I go on I wanna say that I'm sure there's plenty of loyal customers that frequent this place. I'm positive of that. But my review isn't the opinions or experience of others. It's mine. Soooo.... on "my" visit, I was the one that had to walk up to a random helper (from front door to counter was roughly 20 steps) and say hi as he and others just stood there and looked at me. It was pretty awkward. I was only able to ask ONE question, and was then asked for ID along with my fiancé. We don't mind being carded, but I find it puzzling to have to present ID just for browsing. I'm in my 40s, she's in her 30s, so many times being carded is a compliment. But the way it was asked was unprofessional and borderline rude. I know it was their store policy as the customer that came in after us didn't get that same treatment (she was asked only before purchase). I can't comment on their selections or prices, though I'm assuming it's pretty competitive and fair. Pretty nice looking place as well. Just the service lol. It needs work.

I am so disappointed in how I was treated today by a man who said his name is Ben. He said his…read moremanager is Brad. I came in to get coils and I honestly could not remember what kind I need so I brought my vape in with me. Ben asked what size and I told him I was not sure he looked up my number and got coils. I walked out to the car and remembered that the last time I was here the lady got the wrong one, no big deal we laughed and traded them out for the correct one. So I walked back in and told Ben that I remembered what happened last time and that these were the wrong ones. I took my coil out of my vape and showed him. He got the right ones, which was not his fault at all, and before I walked away I was scolded by Ben. He told me that next time to make sure I know what coils I need so I don't mess things up. Then he grabs papers to show me I have caused a mess. I hate that I couldn't remember what I needed but that's why you have customer service. I love the store and I've liked everyone before, but this man was incredibly rude.

I went there this evening to buy a new mod. instead I was met by an ill tempered small man. He was…read morerude and made me feel uncomfortable. He was in an obvious bad mood from the moment he stepped from the back. I wasn't even in there a full 90 seconds. I will never go back.

I spent several hundred dollars in there, mostly for the poor quality vape mods they sell, not telling the truth about the quality and not helping at all with troubleshooting. Instead the problem was always my fault, the batteries, I was vaping too much, etc. The last straw was the 70 bucks I spent on a faulty vape mod and they would not let me return it the next day and argued with me like I was stupid. They are arrogant and condescending. I have found a much better store with staff who really want to help me! Avoid this place!!

I don't vape personally, so I am not familiar with the scene and what's out there in terms of vaporizers and "liquids", and all that fun stuff BUT luckily the staff there are super acknowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very like-able folks there and explained everything to me in terms I fully understood. Place smelled very nice as well. Prices are very good because I Googled the items I purchased to know more about them and to my surprise a couple of the things I got were priced lower than online prices. Due to their location you can't see them from the road but I do highly recommend them if vaping is your thing.

I was just looking for a simple lighter but when I open the door and walked in and got a big friendly hello from Cindy and saw just how incredible the place was I decided to see what they truly had to offer. They have a wide variety and selection and informed me that they are updating everything online shortly because they have a whole new set of wires and now everybody has to be 21 or over which for me is a good thing, because he saw the young people from annoying me hahaha. But I would wholeheartedly tell my friends about this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an incredible variety and an even friendlier atmosphere!!

Really disappointing products and service. Bought this $70 pen not even a week ago. Have tried…read morevarious hacks to try and get it to work and it won't. Stopped working properly two days ago and today and is leaking wax won't even smoke although the cart is charged and lights function. Took this to the shop and there's nothing they can do, only 15% discount on a new cart. There's over half of this product still left and as a first time (and last) customer of this location I was so disappointed in their products. Be weary and careful as clearly product control is not great and they won't do anything to fix it.
