My go to for any vape needs or tobacco needs. They offer points for each purchase so you earn money off after so much money you spend. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They always have what I need when other shops closer to me don't have what I need. It's my favorite shop by far since 2016. Is reccomend it to anyone. The only reason I don't go here everytime I need something is due to my work schedule and time. I have 3 other vape shops closer to me but if I have the time this is where I will drive an extra 10 miles to get to. ​ read more

Bought 2 bottles of the house juice. The top of the bottle wasn't snapped on right when they capped it and this resulted in it dumping 1/2 of the bottle on me, my rig, my pants, and the seats of my car. Went back in to get a replacement bottle and they wanted to charge me another $20.00. I could understand if it was my fault, but if it's due to an error on whoever there bottled the juice then they could have at least given a free bottle for the accident. It would have cost them what? $2.00 once to keep a loyal customer happy? Won't go back here now. They lost a $50.00+ a week customer. Bad business practice. Don't know why this is showing my location as CA, but this is definitely the one on Two Notch road near NE Columbia, SC. read more

Planet Vapor staff are nice enough when you're purchasing something but should you complain, you're out of luck. I had purchased 2 bottles of the same juice and one of the bottles tasted terrible. I brought it to the store and they explained that sometimes product flavor turns bad if it's on the shelf for 3 or more weeks. They refused to exchange my bottle of bad juice for a fresh one. Clearly if they don't keep dates on their inventory the customer pays for it. I won't be returning to ANY Planet Vapor location. read more

Me and my Husband bought our first set ups here 2 years ago, however we stopped going due to lack of coils in stock. Two days ago we drove 40 minutes to buy coils and juice..we left with only juice once again. I will not be back. I will drive to sumter or hartsville like I've been doing. read more

Horrible customer service. Yes, they are super friendly if they are trying to get your business, but once you have problems with your purchase they that will change. Charging port on a $100 mod was damaged, and I was not able to exchange it, even though it was almost new. Way overpriced!! I will never buy there again. Happy to find out that a new vapor shop opened up just about a 1/4 mile up the road. read more

Good selection of Premium E-Juice, lots of Mods. They carry the Hex Ohm 3 which is rare but nice to see a top of the line USA made mod in the store. Wish they would add the Vaporesso brand products. I purchased 2 Smoktech mods, premium e-juice and accessories yesterday. I love the Mag (best mod fit in your hand) but not the G-Priv2 as much. The G-Priv2 touchscreen is way too easy to accidently change settings during use (needs a screen lock feature), even though it looks great. A little disappointed in the Smoktech Prince tanks seals, they leak much easier than the Vaporesso NRG tanks. Vaporesso Switcher & Smoktech Mag are now my favorite daily use mods. read more
