I recently had issues with some disposable vape pens I purchased there and they were very understanding about it all and swapped me out. I was worried about it beforehand because smoke shops tend to drop the ball in these customer service situations sometimes. I was relieved that they were understanding and willing to work with me. I opened it and hit it in front of two of the staff members and advised them that it was broken and had a burning plastic/no flavor taste. I believe this store overcharges so much money due to the fact that they're hurting for business because of terrible staff. The staff member than proceeded to take it from me and hit it herself and was exaggerating that nothing was wrong with it. 5 minutes later when I'm leaving the store she proceeds to tell me "yes I still taste the vape flavor!
