We ordered a perfume from this company, the money was taken off my boyfriends bank account. Later on we got an email telling us that the order's been canceled due the perfume we wanted is out of stock.. Alright, fine. We emailed the company to issue a refund but didn't get any answer. We tried to call but noone picks up. So we lost quite a lot of money thanks to them, didn't get any perfume.. In our experience the customer service is awful. read more
