Worst dentist office ever gave me several root canals for no reason my teeth all my teeth fell out

In Nov. 2024 they said they took Husky C for dentures. they pulled all my teeth then when my mouth was full of gauze they told me that they will no longer take Husky C which would pay for everything including my permanent dentures. And they took payment that day for the charges of the extractions from my primary insurance, not Husky. They drained all I had for dental and said I had to wait for Jan for it to renew and it won't pay for the full price for dentures that I would have to pay out of pocket about $1k. I would have NEVER let them pull my teeth because now I have to find another dentist and start all over time-wise. So I have to go without teeth for an extra 2 months. read more

First time coming here needed emergency tooth removal single mother asked for gas was told have to pay upfront i asked if I could make payment arrangements was told no could tell she didn't want to do the removal was in a awful mood like she didn't want to be there it was a Monday too I was getting 2 teeth removed she went for the small one first she was legit shaking cause she was weak couldn't get it out kept cracking my small tooth took a long time and didn't even like comfort me while removing it my heart rate was so high all she had to do was walk me through it and tell me things like " im almost done " your doing great" things like normal dentist do to calm you down while Also not getting gas really really needed the encouragement. Once she got that tooth removed mind you the tooth she did first wasn't even the tooth that was hurting the tooth she removed wasn't painful at all she went for the other tooth but my gum was too swollen so couldn't do it felt I went there for noting she was still cold after I had tears coming down my cheeks trying to hold it in and hide it she saw it didn't even care didn't say anything I held it till I got out into the waiting room and broke down to my brother in law who also went there and actually had the same experience thinking it was a one time thing but it wasn't. She cut my gum really bad my lip and my gum is super swollen I've had 2 wisdom teeth removed and 2 molars before this by different dentist and it wasn't anything like that absolutely no where near as painful it bleed for hours day 3 and cant move my jaw. Have a app to get the other tooth removal and i cant go back have to cancle find another dentist and honestly im afraid to go never was before now i have anxiety and fear of dentist cause of the horrible incident at Plainfield dental! Her assistant though was very nice but the dentist just isn't worth going there even in a emergency!​ read more

The 2 route canals they did the teeth have died and need to be pulled would not recommend

They are absolutely horrible. They convinced me that I needed to pull all my teeth. I know that they were completely wrong. This has completely negatively not only affect my life but my daughters life. Now if I want to correct yheor mistake it is going to cost me between $40,000 - $60,000 minimum. I do not have that kind of money. U give the negative 10 stars. They ruined my life for no reason. read more

I had a young female Dr. She did a horrible work on my front teeth after finishing doing my fillings she told me not to bite hard with my front teeth as they were fragile. As of now I am going to a new dentist because two of my front teeth fillings felt out. Also after she started doing work in my mouth left me waiting for like an hour she went to see another patient. very unprofessional, told dentist I was pregnant, yet they gave me multiple. I went there for a wisdom tooth and molar issue, wisdom tooth hurted badly. when I arrived I heard a man screaming in pain saying stop and she didn't ! he came out saying he felt the whole thing and she didn't stop, that he had to go to er cause she neglected him. I should have walked away when I heard this happen because IT HAPPENED TO ME!!!!!!!!!!! she was very aggressive, wanted to pull out more than 1. gave me no numbing medicine because im pregnant so she stuck the needle in multiple times in my mouth with out numbing the area which hurted so bad! Then I told her that the tooth was still not numb so she said she was going to check and instead just started yanking and pulling like a psycho path bi*** when I told her to stop she wouldn't, told me don't touch her, strike 3 and I was out! like seriously!!!! read more

I have been with this doctor for several years, and had not been in for a while due to insurance issues, however when I went back in with several issues he was very professional in making sure that I understood what needed to happen in order to make sure that I could keep my teeth. Very professional atmosphere as well as the staff. 11/10, would recommend. read more

It is appalling to me after having attended three appointments this month and having been extremely satisfied to find reviews that can be negative towards this dental office. Perhaps that was some time ago, but currently, I consider this facility and their personnel to be of extremely high caliber. I went to this dental clinic because they were the only place that would accept my dental insurance within a reasonable distance. What a surprise it was for me to enter through the front door and find a modern, extremely clean facility! I must admit that from the outside of the building and the parking area, my first impression was a bit sketchy, to say the least. However, never did I feel anything but welcome in this practice. It was amazing for me to have seen how up-to-date their equipment was which made me realize that I was not previously getting the top care that I thought I was getting! In fact, there were two issues which were discovered here that I was not aware of with my past dentist which had to be corrected right away. I am greatly pleased that no extractions had to be done and that the price I paid with my insurance was very agreeable. I would highly recommend my dentist by name, Dr. Jain, who was very knowledgeable, able to keep me informed as to the steps of his procedures and what options I would have. I have already referred this dental location and dentist to a close friend. PS I am a 72-year-old who greatly values keeping her teeth! read more

Horrible place! Rude and not professional people; the doctor was rude and not exact, I had to go to another doctor. They also were not able to make me correctly x ray, they tried so many times, first some women tried to do it, next some man - they put something to my mouth many times - I almost vomited! When I had to get my x ray, they made me problems! Very strange place with strange and not nice atmosphere. I will never back there! read more

Worst dental experience in my life. Acted as if i was an idiot when i explained i wasn't taking unnecessary xrays while i was 8 months pregnant. Dentist spoke to me like an errant child. Made multiple appointments for a specific purpose only to discover that the dentist had no intention of fixing my problem. Would NEVER recommend this place read more
