He was exceptional in his communications, providing an estimate and working with my schedule. The team that shat showed up was friendly and very hard working. I underestimated the complications of fencing on a hillside and had not mentioned the uphill nature of my property to Mike. The team had to "engineer" solutions on the go and it took an extra day to complete because of my error. Never did they make me feel stupid (which I was) nor show any irritation (much deserved). The company was fair in the extra charge for all the time required to solve my problem.
