In 2022 I ordered an piñata and it was amazing! So much bigger than expected, beautiful workmanship, and fantastic service. 2025, my husband orders an Air Force jet piñata and pays more, as anticipated due to inflation. We arrive to pick it up and he's told it's not ready, come back at x. We return and what he brings to the vehicle is a disappointment. The plane hangs vertically like a space shuttle. There are patches of paper missing, various colors showing through the paint, corners of the wings are exposed, and the filling opening is a cutout on the front side with no cover. There is a distinctive unfinished back and the flames are smashed. This is for a high school graduation party. Thank goodness the "kids" will appreciate the fun, because the appearance is depressing. I will not order from the Piñata Factory again. read more

Need a custom pinanta, in shape of a manatee, that was big enough to hold around a mini dozen booze bottles, so I called Pinanta Factory to see if they could do. She was very nice on the phone and asked that I text a picture of a manatee so she could get idea. Once she saw she quoted rate of $42, which I thought was fair, and said she could meet my timeline if one week. She was actually able to have a day early when I asked, which was great as I don't live near the factory and the day earlier was more convenient for me. It is absolutely adorable and I can't wait for the birthday girl to get. Although, I'm worried it's almost too adorable and she won't want to hit it. read more

Best piñatas we've ever had and the nicest woman that custom makes them for you! She wasn't completely satisfied when it dried out, and so went back and made it perfect. read more

It was disorganized and dirty not even a real store front .. they don't even sell candy to go inside the piñatas

Great business! Glad I could support them. I asked for a traditional Mexican piñata in mermaid colors and that's exactly what I got! He also made a matching stick! I will definitely go back for the next birthday! They has lots of other choices as well! Price was good! ¡Muchisimas gracias! read more

Piñata Factory - Our traditional Mermaid star piñata size small - Party Supplies Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Heard good things about this place and decided to check it out for an upcoming birthday party. Small piñatas are $28, large costing $48. You can bring in a picture and get them customized to look like someone or customize colors/ style. Great deal! Not a fancy store, but the piñatas seem to be well made. I bought a medium star for $33 that holds about 3 pounds of candy. I'd pay that at a big box store where the piñata would break after two hits. You gotta make the kids work for the candy. They had a few options for candy, but mainly just the piñatas. Met a customer in the store that said she'd been coming there for countless years. If the piñata works as great as it looks I'll definitely be back the next time I need a piñata. read more

I had only 72 hours and they accommodated me and made a wonderful koala piñata for my son's birthday with just a photo I found on Google!

Amazing service! I booked a custom piñata 6 days in advance. canceled and then changed my mind. I was not an easy customer to deal with. The piñata I ordered wound up being a last minute job. they still were not only happy to oblige but did an amazing job! Note: this took less than a day. read more

Terrible/unreliable service! I called Monday 5 days before my nephews bday party I kinda thought it was short notice but she assured me they could make what we wanted and i could pick it up Saturday! She said I could send a payment through Zelle and she took all my info/ when it needed to be picked up and she txt me asking if I was wanting them to make it and i said yes! absolutely to please send me the info to submit the payment. She never got back to me I txt her every day asking for her Zelle info and to confirm and called everyday, and every time it went straight to voicemail( I also left a voicemail) and it is now Friday, a day before my nephews bday So I made my sister call to see if she would answer and surprisingly she did (my number must have been blocked) and she said she never heard from me so she never made it. So now we don't have a piñata for his bday read more

They make awesome pinatas here, for a great price. And you can find basically anything you're looking for. I've gotten pinatas for my son's past birthdays, my boyfriend has found political ones, and I've heard they make customs. I will keep going back to them for all my pinatas. read more

What a great little store! It might be small but it has SO MUCH to offer! I was asked to make/purchase a piñata for a staff holiday party and I called around town. It needed to be a saguaro and nobody seemed to have any in stock. It was a time crunch and I needed one ASAP. I went in after work and the employee helped me and was great! I was able to not only buy a stick but, an adorable little saguaro piñata! It's a fantastic local shop I highly recommend! read more

This place made me a piñata that looks like me. Did you know you can get that done for a measly fifty bucks? Why don't more people get custom piñatas of themselves? Think about it, people! read more

The lady their is so nice! Reasonable prices, they do custom piñatas, cakes, and even have jumping castes.

0 stars. Worst piñata place I ever ordered from. Quality was very horrible especially for the price I paid. Stick did not come with piñata and cost extra which is ridiculous. Employee and manger were very rude after I explained the print outs they glued on the piñata were very blurry and faded in color. I would never take my service here again and do not recommend. read more

I was tasked with finding a piñata for my son's first birthday party EXTREMELY last minute (like, it was 5:30 pm and the party was the next day). The piñata places I knew were out of business and I didn't want something cheap and weak from Party City or Walmart. I googled piñatas, this was the first place that popped up and I took a chance. I walked in 15 minutes before closing HOPING they'd have something ready to go that I could use. They had plenty of fun piñatas that would have killed at an adult party and some great character piñatas (Mario, etc) but nothing I could see that would work for my son's fishing themed party. Now here's the fun part... I noticed a lemon/football shaped piñata just chilling on the floor that hadn't been decorated yet. I hesitantly asked if it could possibly be decorated to look like a fish. The man I spoke with called someone from the back and told her my request. Without flinching she told be to come back in the morning and my piñata would be waiting. This being so last minute, I was prepared to be grateful for whatever I got. Let me tell you, I was ELATED! The fishy piñata came out so cute and lasted through the entire line of kids. I will definitely be ordering from this small business for all future parties! I HIGHLY recommend Piñata Factory! read more

Very helpful and efficient, they were able to make us a piñata on short notice and helped in any way they could

WORST PLACE EVER!! Wrong name on cake that cost $60.......cant get any worse than that and to make it worse she wouldn't fix it because she was too far out to come to the store, that's not my problem its hers. Rude ass B$%*h !!! read more

We needed a custom piñata made for granddaughters birthday. She had her heart set on a Star Wars stormtrooper. We asked if they could do it quickly. We'll be back next year I'm sure. read more

I came here on Tuesday because I saw a badass tank piñata out front. After going in, I saw some really cool ones like a giant pirate ship and a bat signal. But I saw a piñata shaped like a can of Bud Light and inquired about getting a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon for my boyfriends birthday on Friday. Not only did she say not a problem but suggested I get a matching piñata stick. It was reasonably priced and was ready for pick up on Thursday. I went in and not only was everything done on time, but it looked friggin awesome! $30 for custom piñata and stick? Hell yeah. I'm going to attempt to upload a picture of it. read more
