While I tried to not let my "American-ness" show by asking for ranch, I did toss on some of the chili oil and Tabasco they had readily available to give the Pizza a little extra kick. Not sure if it was the dim, candle-lit lighting or being jet-lagged (maybe both?), but don't make the same mistake I did by thinking the shaker of a dark yellow powdery substance is garlic powder because it's really brown sugar!
