Polite. And helpful. And since I didn't know a word of German when I arrived, it helps that they could speak english, and were happy to do so. Pizza is always good. Very consistent. I go at least once a week and have never been disappointed or had an issue. Since the Covid shutdown, Pizza Bra has remained open for Take-Away orders. Both lunch and dinner. I often do not call ahead, because after I order my pizza, it averages 8-10 minutes until it is ready. Thats much faster than most of the other Take-Away places in the area. And the slight wait is more than worth it. Prices are very reasonably for the size and quality. The pizza is light, yet filling. Not overly oily. Dough is thin and delicious. Sauce is sweet and tangy. They could be a bit more liberal with the ingredients, but that is a simple request to double up. I highly recommend Pizza Brá

The pies are always fresh, have very good dough (not too salty - exactly right), cheese and other ingredients, so that they don't make you feel "dirty" or too full after you ate one. I also love the fact that we never got a pizza that was burned at the bottom. They also serve a couple of good pasta's, and pretty good wine.

I also think they are over-doing the "Italian act" a little bit - the way how they respond to *everything* in Italian just feels fake to me. I get that some people probably find it charming, but I don't. On the other hand, they are still in business while many other restaurants have had to close, so they are clearly doing something right.

So when we were starving after a long afternoon at IKEA, we decided to check it out. We showed up right when they opened and without a reservation, but it was pretty much busy from then on, so it seems to me like getting a reservation is probably a good idea unless you're there first thing. The inside has got a rock and roll kind of vibe, very casual. We were there in the middle of winter, but I can see how eating outside in the summer would also be nice. I ended up ordering the vegan version of the spinach pizza. It was fine, but not particularly amazing (the flavor was just not really there). My husband enjoyed his vegetarian pizza though. I'm not ready to write the place off, because I think I just picked the wrong item to have vegan... so next time I'll go for something more adventurous and hopefully I will walk away craving more.

Finally after 30 min. the waiter (or manager/owner) tossed two menus on our table, even though we knew what we wanted to order. We waited another 15 min. and no one had come back to the table to take our order, so we left. We ate there several years ago and really liked the food, so it was frustrating that we were not given the opportunity to order. The staff didn't seem to care that we had been overlooked.
