Etna is a tiny pizza place that caters more to take-out customers than anything else.
They have two tables with a bar stool each and that's it.
Their pizza is great.
The crust is a bit crunchy, but not too dry and the dough can even stand some garlic oil without getting soggy.
My favorites pies here are the Diavolo (onions, tomatoes, jalapeno) and the Tomato-Mozzarella (topped with said garlic oil after it comes out of the oven).
They also offer some pasta dishes and salads.
The veggie lasagna is really good and not very heavy at all.
The staff (owners) is super friendly.
Good spirited, they are always up for some jokes.
Definitely a favorite of mine back when I still used to live in the area. read more
