        Established in 2014.

        Somos una pizzería artesanal 100% delicatessen, donde apostamos por realizar una pizza hecha a base de maíz. Nuestro concepto se basa en crear la pizza con los ingredientes de mejor calidad para la región de Orizaba, así como también integrar en nuestras recetas la comida mexicana, utilizando distintos tipos de harinas de maíz (azul, rojo, amarillo, pozolero y pinole) que se cosechan en la región. Así es como desde el año 2014 nace el concepto de pizzería delicatessen en Orizaba, una pizza diferente llena de sabor y de calidad, que en 2016 arranca el proyecto en esta ciudad.

        Yo soy el encargado de la Pizzería, sin embargo los dueños iniciaron este pequeño negocio en la ventana de su casa vendiendo pizzas por rebenada, y asi poco a poco fue creciendo la demanda hasta que decidieron comenzar formalmente dedicarse de lleno a vender pizza en el año 2014 en la ciudad de Orizaba, Veracruz.
