As you walk up, they encourage you to grab a plate and start the all-you-can eat buffet for R$39...about $10 US. I did that, not realizing there were other options for less. As you get your plate, there are people sort of standing around waiting. I didn't realize until after the pizza they just brought out was wiped out within minutes. So there I was, waiting for the pizza to be refilled. I put my carry-on back pack down in a chair, and went back and waited. At the counter, I asked for a soda. They said I had to sit down and wait for the waitress. I waited...and waited...then I stood up to find the waitress and she told me to sit down, she would come back to me. Meanwhile, I had already eaten half of my plate of food and was almost done. She returned and asked what I wanted, I told her soda. She came back with a huge-huge cup of soda. I thought...that's a lot of soda! Got up to pay...R$54. I asked how much the soda cost, they said R$15. I said that's ridiculous. I asked was that the only price for soda? They asked me if my waitress asked what size I wanted and I said no. She gave me an xlg without me knowing. So, they took the R$15 off, and did not charge me since it was their mistake. Even though I was not happy about how chaotic the service was, I am happy that they tried to fix the mistake and acknowledged the error by adjusting the price. The food was delish. They used frozen pizzas, I noticed...but they were delish. The salad bar was fresh and I enjoyed it.
