I was unable to eat my order which was linguine with Sicilian lemon sauce and shrimp. I found it a very strange dish, especially for the price. There was a huge bowl of pasta and that with the sauce tasted fine. But the shrimp is what really ruined the dish for me. I did not understand the arrangement which was kind of messy considering where we were, and there was only one large shrimp with tail on and several tiny shrimp that were so over cooked and dry it was not pleasing at all. The staff noticed I could not eat the food and asked me so I told them the problem. They offered to make me another plate but the rest of the party had already finished. They offered me a dessert of my own voice so I did take that and ordered a cappuccino. Everyone else chose a dessert as well and was enjoyed by all and I really enjoyed my cappuccino. They did not charge the meal for me and gave me the dessert complimentary also. My recommendation is it is very worth going for the experience. My dish was the only disappointing one. I would definitely go back. Also, don't expect extremely fast service. This is a romantic setting and I feel you should take your time and enjoy the wait with those you are enjoying a meal with.

But coming here for the bday dinner before drunkenly Karaoke'ing in Liberdade was one (or two) of the best decisions during this trip. The language barrier was not too overbearing, but we had been in the country a few days at this point, so we knew a few key words to get us going, also the guy that greeted us at the front (whom was very well dressed might I add) was super nice and helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for an amazing dining experience. The Caprisi salad: Delicious. The Bruschetta: Awesome. The Pizzas: Phenominal! I had no idea Brazil was so big on pizza, they're everywhere! Something this pizza-lover was very happy to find out. Aside from the exquisitely delectable food offerings, the decor was one of the coolest restaurants I've ever been in. There is this exotic, outdoorsy - garden feel to it (it IS an indoor joint tho) truly a beautiful space.
