Not sure if it's the owner or manager, but the gentlemen that's been there both times is AWESOME. The Pizza Lord has blessed me…read more It's been a very long and tough week, so I decided to celebrate Friday a little earlier and have myself some junk food on Thursday instead. I was craving pizza, and I'm a Fanshawe student, but no way on earth was I gonna buy pizza at Fanshawe - they're stale and expensive. I searched up "pizza places near me" on Yelp, and Marvellous 2 for 1 popped up. I walked across the street from Fanshawe, and no lie, from the outside, this place does seem a little cheap and sketchy, but that was my last negative impression! I walked into the little pizza place which to my surprise, was very clean and well-organized. There's a long table with individual chairs for "for-here" customers. The cashier was nice, and the food came out fast and perfect. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for $5 before tax ($5.65 after) and it was a lot bigger than I thought! Definitely big enough for 2 to split. The cheese was melty, and the pizza was piping hot - be careful not to burn your mouth! The crust is thicker than most pizzas, but I don't mind. To all my fellow Fanshawe students, skip the line at Pizza Pizza and walk across the street to Marvellous - the name says it all, this place really is marvellous!
