So there is this crazy boom of hamburger places that has taken over like a plague all over this…read moregood city. I am a bit partial to 1) making my own burgers at home and 2) Burger Joint so I wasn't too sure about Mi Barrio especially since the location has changed over so many times.
Finally I tried the hamburger (they charge you separately for the fries but give you a combo price) and it was delish. I am a little against the surplus of options with all of the crazy ingredients, you can go a little overboard and at the end of the day the important part is the meat. I had something with pinneapple and cheese that was flavorful and well prepared. The bread wasn't that great, I like Burger Joint's better.
All in all for the price this a good option if you are in the neighborhood, they also do a great 2x1 beer special but I haven't tried their beer so I have no idea, but its probably not bad. The space is nothing special, if you want to go out to eat don't expect any big deal, tables and a bar and a tv, clean and thats about it.
