Ordered online. Almost an hour and a quarter later, no sign of the pizza so I called the shop to be very rudely told that my expectations were ridiculous and that the £5 I'd paid for delivery didn't guarantee my pizza within any timescale at all! Eventually the very rude employee agreed to cancel my order and told me the 'boss' would call me the next evening to organise the refund. Delivery driver eventually turned up, an hour and a half after I ordered. I advised him we'd cancelled, he agreed the time taken was too long and apologised.
Incredibly rude 'boss' called me the next evening after I'd sent 3 emails asking why I hadn't received a call. He first of all denied receiving the order. Then he told me I was lying about the conversation with the person at the shop. Then he told me that I'd been rude to the delivery driver offering him a medal for turning up which I most definitely had not. Told me I'd have to contact the website directly for a refund, then told me he wouldn't refund and if the person at the shop said they would then I should take it up with him!
Needless to say, I've done a chargeback with the bank and won't be using this takeaway again!
