Terrible ! Ordered our food for delivery. Then waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before we phoned again to ask where our delivery was. We were told it had just left. We live less than 5 mins drive from this place, but we still waited another 15 minutes before it arrived. To be told by the driver that their normal delivery driver had let them down !. If this is true, then why were we not told this when we phoned again.(or they could have phoned us as they take your phone number when u ring in your order). Anyway when we opened our boxes of chicken and chips it was all cold and the boxes soft from where the food had been in them so long and the cans of drink were warm ( even tho we have freezing weather and snow! so the cans should be that cold) JOKE: The box containing the food says.Chicken as you like it ! (WHAT. COLD..I THINK NOT) Will definatly NOT use these again. Chips should never be soggy ! And for food safety regulations chicken should be served piping hot. read more
