For a long time Pizza King dominated the delivery needs of my students, but now with other places offering delivery and the popular "Buy 1 Pizza, Get 1 Free", it is simply another choice for the students. I like their calzones, there are a number of pizzas I enjoy, and the wraps are nice too... but a whole lotta food! The problems I have: 1) I always worry about customizing my order... e.g. building my own pizza/calzone and 2) delivery times. While most of my orders have been correct, the ones that have ended up being incorrect were the ones where I have tried building my own. On a few occasions they have shown up without the entire order. If they do this and you aren't bothered about the food/drinks that didn't show up, take the money instead of the offer to go back and get the missing items. I say that because I made the mistake of asking them to come back with the missing item the first time and it took a couple hours! Second, the delivery times, while most of the time they estimate about 30-45 minutes and meet that estimate, sometimes they do not and it seems to be an issue of waiting on other orders that come in to try and deliver all at the same time. I get the efficiency of it, but when you have estimated a delivery between 30-45 minutes and it arrives almost two hours later... that's not fair. That being said, whenever I order pizza for pizza parties, they do a good job of getting all the orders correct and they usually bring me a receipt for expenses. Overall, not bad, but could improve.
