I would never expect 5star quality food from a restaurant chain, usually Domino's is really good but the pizzas ive gotten the last two times from the Greenville store would make a grown Italian man vomit. The first time I can understand, mistakes happen I've worked in pizzerias I now not every order is perfect. But we orderd 2 pizzas and chicken tonight our Hawaiian pizza tasted like they took an order that sat out for an hour that nobody picked up or canceled on, reheated it and sent it to us. The dough was over cooked, dried out but not burnt. The cheese was dried out and so were the toppings. We threw it a way basically flushed money. Then my wife's chicken was over cooked and somehow fried cheese was in with it and she's lactose intolerant. Finally our second pizza was ok, but 3 ppl splitting one medium pizza after spending $30... thats BS. Tell the kids if they can't cook to go work at Starbucks. We'll stick to pizza joes.

It was basically a salad with onions and tomatoes and not much else but HAIR. Now, we live about 7 miles away, and it was snowing like crazy or we'd have returned. But then again, it would have been too late to get replacements, as they close at 8. I immediately tried to call and no answer. Got on Facebook messenger and notified them. Got a message back saying they'd replace incorrect items. I told them "no" (because of the time and travel) and that I just wanted to let them know. I'm the unlucky person who ordered the chicken salad. I dump the ranch on, take ONE bite and get a hair. I stop eating, take my fork and stir around, to find approx. 4 hairs in the salad. I quit counting then. I notify them about the hairs, send pix and am told "THE HAIRS DID NOT COME FROM PASQUALE'S." Wait, WHAT? THEN I am told to "not contact them again." Umm....Why? Because I sent you photos? I already said we didn't want replacements BEFORE I found the HAIRS! Piss poor customer service. We've been regular customers for several years. I will NEVER order from this place again, and I will be happy to share all the photos I took of the nasty salad, and their response! She gave me the change, which I put in the tip jar along with a "thank you". The girl didn't blink, didn't say "thanks", nothing. But, OK, it's busy, maybe she's having a bad day. Our 4 pizzas were up, I went to the counter to pick them up and the same girl was cutting the pizzas. I asked if I could have have a plastic container for chili flakes. The girl didn't acknowledge me for about twenty seconds and then said, "yeah, I'll be right back" and walked to the back. A girl standing in front of me asked, "what did you need?" I said, just a small container for the chili flakes" she reached over and handed me a 2oz plastic container, at which point, the blonde girl returned with a thimble sized plastic container... no exaggeration, thimble sized. The blonde girl literally tried to take the bigger cup out of my hand, which I held onto. I said, "I prefer the larger one, it's for FOUR EXTRA LARGE PIZZAS" and she looked me right in the eye and said, "No, unless you want to pay .50 for it" I pulled the cup away and gave the second girl a buck and told her to keep the change. The two employees who witness this interaction had a "WTF is going on" look on their faces. This was my first time, and obviously last time here, and I'm really not sure what was going on. The whole interaction felt personal. I don't know if she thought is was someone else or a previous bad customer, but I can just as easily drive a 100 yards down the road for a equally good pizza and at least a smile when I walk in.

They were wonderful about communicating that they are CASH ONLY when I was ordering and they were so nice and friendly when we arrived to pick up our food. They thanked us for coming and it added a layer of love for this establishment. The pizza itself was excellent. The sauce to cheese ratio was excellent and the crust was crispy and well made.
