Me and my husband just had dinner here and it was awful. The only thing that way good was the salad bar. The service was so bad. Had to wait on refills for 15 minutes. We ate there 3/21/21, we had the buffet. it was the first time we had eaten there for the buffet in a very long time where they had hot pizza on the buffet the entire time we were there. I gave Pizza Inn 2 stars because of their staff being so polite, but when it comes to eating their Pizza, that is a whole other story. The Pizza is nothing to brag about. Love this place! Eat here every time on my way to Pawleys Island, SC. It's become a family favorite. The pizza buffet is an insane deal...lots of good selection. I'm a thin crust fan so their pizza is right where I like it. Dessert pizza for the kids too. Overall, crazy good deal! read more

We have been eating at this Pizza Inn for over 35 years and up until tonight it has been a great family restaurant. The waitress was great, food was ok but the attitude and service from behind the counter was horrendous. We waited over an hour for an order. We know it was over an hour because the time the order was placed was printed on the receipt. When we went to the cashier to ask about the pizza, we heard a comment from someone behind the counter saying, "It hasn't even been 45 minutes!". When we pointed out the time the order was placed on the receipt, there was no apology (except from our waitress) and no offer to make things right. I have been living in Conway for a year. Loved pizza inn the first time I tried it. I am very disappointed with this pickup order. Five people behind the counter, and only one working. They could not keep the buffet supplied with pizza. They told us you could request a pizza but did not explain it would be taken to the Buffett so silly us waited at the table and 30 minutes later when the waitress showed up again she said " oh I put that out about 15 minutes ago". The food sucks don't come here. The pizza is like microwave pizza that you get in the frozen food section of the grocery store, when I say microwave I mean not even oven, microwave. I've been to Pizza Inn's across the country, and this by far was my worst experience. I was there for a total of 35 minutes, and they could only get 1 pepperoni pie out, the cook was to busy playing grab ass and making up his own pizza ideas. I asked for pepperoni and was told it will only be a few minutes, 15 minutes later it still wasn't out! Very poor customer service. I had some pasta with meat sauce (they had 2 containers of it out), my first plate the sauce was room temperature at best, so I got another plate and got the last remaining 20-30 noodles ( which wasn't filled by the time I left).
